• The service is not a generic image hosting service.
• You must not modify, adapt or hack or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the service.

• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.

By uploading photos to Plinkme, you stipulate that you are the copyright holder and make your photos available under Creative Commons Attibution License.
